Invoices:
Use this invoice to Bill new customers or any customer where onsite billing is stipulated. Please check the tax list to insure that the county they live in is not on list. Wisconsin Sales tax is 5% unless the county is on the list for extra .5 % taxes.
The Best practice is to fill out this form in Excel and print it on the customer's printer using their system. You should carry a few of these blank for extreme cases.
