There are 2 ways to enter your Recover My Files registration details:

1) select files to be saved and click the "Save Files" button, or; 

2) select 'Help' on the top menu of the main program screen, then 'Register'. 

Please cut and paste both the user name and key into the relevant fields of the registration screen.

If you have not yet downloaded Recover My Files you can download it here: http://download.getdata.com/RecoverMyFiles-Setup.exe or via our website at www.recovermyfiles.com. Once it is downloaded, run the setup file and follow the on-screen installation instructions. Once it is installed, enter your registration details.

We highly recommend that you keep Recover My Files up to date by regularly click the "Update" button or visiting http://www.recovermyfiles.com to download the latest version. You will only be sent Recover My Files on CD if you elected to purchase a CD during the order process. The CD will take 8 to 10 days to arrive by regular post.
